Reviews About CS Publishing From Actual Clients
I'm as pleased as a cat with a ball of yarn with your help in getting my book out of my mind and into print. I could not have told the story without your help.

Working with CS Publishing
Frankly, I would have been lost in the world of publishing without Shannon Christensen and CS Publishing. My intent was to publish independently, giving myself complete control of the ups and downs. Then… boom! Shannon spoke at a meeting of my writer’s group, and we’ve been going great guns since.
Shannon is approachable and attempts to be understanding of where I’m going, sometimes despite her best instincts, to allow her writers the autonomy the relationship deserves. Both of us were in uncharted territory with my debut novel, Lagniappe; it was a labor of love and an intellectual challenge for me, and an untested genre for Shannon and CS Publishing. She and CS Publishing were established in their own right, but Shannon took the opportunity to let the story speak for itself and the book won both a Literary Titan Award and an Indie-Gold Award. And, for that, I am most grateful as I expand the sphere of The Destiny, Arkansas, Series with Gravitas, due out at the end of this month.
Gravitas is the influential weight of a thing; it speaks to significance, which is part of the point in Book 2 of The Destiny, Arkansas, Series. What is the significance of the conviction and execution of 19-year-old William “Romeo” Tan, and why should it affect the life of former Prosecuting Attorney Winston Cordell 10 years later? Shakespeare aptly noted “…Whereof what’s past is prologue, what to come, In yours and my discharge.” Sometimes our actions have more weight than we realize, especially when we are told they are based upon a lie. Did Winston Cordell convict and execute… the wrong man?
I’ve entrusted the vision of The Destiny, Arkansas, Series to Shannon’s shepherding, and the results have been impressive in the quality of the published work and the confidence with which I can do the writing and leave the infuriating publication/post-production process to someone who knows what she is doing.
Thanks for everything, Shannon…

My Experience with CS Publishing
I have had the pleasure of working with Shannon Christensen at CS Publishing for the past two years, during which she has published four of my books: Ozzie Needs a Friend, Things That Make My Tail Wag, Butterfly Rescue, and Once Again, Forever.
Shannon has done an amazing job with the covers and illustrations for my books, bringing each project to life with creativity and care. She is professional, dependable, and always willing to make herself available when I need her. What I appreciate most is how she goes above and beyond to help her authors, offering support and guidance throughout the publishing process.
As an author, having someone who genuinely cares about your work and wants to see you succeed is invaluable. I am grateful for Shannon’s dedication, talent, and encouragement, and I highly recommend CS Publishing to other authors looking for a professional and supportive publishing partner.

Business Review for Shannon Christensen
I had the pleasure of working with the owner of CS Publishing and Illustrations on two of my children’s books, The World is a Rainbow and I Can, I Can: Learning to Believe in Myself. She created extraordinary illustrations that brought both stories to life beautifully.
Her artwork captured the heart of each book, adding warmth, personality, and meaning to the pages. As an author, seeing my stories come to life through her creativity was such a rewarding experience.
I’m truly grateful for the talent and care she poured into both projects. I highly recommend CS Publishing and Illustrations to authors looking for beautiful, expressive illustrations that help tell their stories!

"As an author, I discovered the easiest part is writing the book. The hard part is getting it to a final product for print. It is very intimidating to register and format everything perfectly.
I was so fortunate to be introduced to CS Publishing and Illustrations. Shannon consulted on my novel, Sins of the Sister, guiding me through the process to protect myself and ensure I sent a professional appearing book out into the world.
She is one of the easiest most personable people I have ever worked with and looking forward to our next adventure. If you have written a book and do not have a clue how to proceed to publishing, I highly recommend seeking out CS Publishing and Illustrations."
